Fast!! Fast!!! Yay!!!

So the 40 days fast and prayer for the nation organized by NECF is starting!!!

Last year fasted lunch and er... not sure what but i did it!!

So this year, to up a notch, to be more serious! Simon and I decided to do a Daniel (Bible Character) fast and MSN Messenger fast!!

So basically since i'm already on a vege diet, i will opt to take away the rice i go along with vege and only drink water..and of course Messenger, without it, i'm totally, er, almost well, free?
So i'm relying on emails and text messaging(Sms), yea, not fasting internet, because need it for important stuff, but no messenger! So i'm VERY free, find me, or text me.. ok that sounded desperate, but i am!

Simon will go on a no meat, no eggs diet!!! NO eggs???? Whoa...... big thing wei, lets see how he survive that! And no Messenger also, yay!!
So you all wanna join us? C'mon, think about it, no messenger wor, then we can a whole lot of time together, so if you have secret crushes on me or simon, this is the best excuse to find us!

Come join!! I implore you people!!!!

Note: Fasting involves praying and seeking God too ler, just in case you wanna lecture me about all these things, way ahead of you bro..

P.o.V

Nesh and I had this debate, and no conclusion has been reached.

Nesh's argument:

God created the one and only DNA specific girl for you to marry in this life. And He will show the girl to you in due time.

My argument:

You get to pick anyone you wanna marry but have to commit the relationship to God and move from there if God didn't say no.

I know, i'm also quite annoyed at myself for always talking bout girls girls and girls..

on another note, er, there is no other note...

Snow Flakes

I don't get it, why is Christmas only celebrated in the month of December??

If Christmas, isn't Christmas, till it happens in your heart, and my heart is happening with Christmas, then why not celebrate it now???

If we are the reason, then all the more Christmas can be celebrated right now!
And after that we can all can have boxing day!
Put on your boxing gloves my fellow mates! Boxing is around the corner too!

So Jingle those bells!
bring mistletoe everywhere!
Winter wonderland!
Frozen Throne!

Merry Christmas to you, you and you, and all my friends out there!
Be merry and let us enjoy Christmas wherever we are! HoHoHo!!

Merry Christmas!!

Abnormal

God isn't normal at all, He isn't!

If He is, you'd see lightning zaps every hour on bad guys and flash floods every now and then to wipe us clean so He can start afresh. He'd be like granting your every wish. I think Bruce Almighty the movie portrays a 'normal god', that is limited by our human minds, just like when Jim Carrey a.k.a Bruce got his power from god.

So if God is abnormal, He'd have a abnormal Son right? That's where Jesus comes in, since beginning of His birth, He hasn't been really humanly normal, born into a virgin womb, ditching parents to stay in the temple to debate with scholars and teachers, healing the sick, proclaiming to be Son of God, transfiguration, dying on the cross, resurrecting etc etc etc.

So, think one step further, God made us in His image, so we being called sons and daughters of God, are suppose to reflect God in our character, meaning we can't be normal!

Then why do Christians always run around being normal, hohoho, some of you gonna fire me for saying this! But really, think of it, passing by this earth living like any other human, is not what we were made to do.
Well, here is a passage from Luke that shows Jesus telling us that we should be different going against the flow of the world:

32 "If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? Even 'sinners' love those who love them.

33
And if you do good to those who are good to you, what credit is that to you? Even 'sinners' do that.

34
And if you lend to those from whom you expect repayment, what credit is that to you? Even 'sinners' lend to 'sinners,' expecting to be repaid in full.

35
But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High, because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked.

36
Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful.
-Luke 6: 32- 36

In one way or another, this illustrates that Jesus meant us to be different, not in just those ways, but throughout the bible, we are meant to do a lot of things that are against the flesh.

Now practical terms:
Should we be contented to just scrape the day by, by just studying, going to church, grow up, find a job, get married, buy a house, buy a car, then have kids, retire and die?
I think not, we should do more, we have the great Lord our God as our Father, how can we just do all the small things and not expect bigger things to come?
We must pray for God's will to unfold in our lives, if God truly wants you to be a office boy or a toilet cleaner, then by all means do it with all your heart, but pray for more, more i tell you, so that your life here won't be in vain.
I'm not asking you to be a super Christian and save a thousand souls a day, i don't expect you to be Jim Elliott and change the world or be like Billy Graham. Just be who God wants you to be and not looking back with regrets.

I hope this post will make you think, if you have problems with it, i be more than happy to hear your thoughts.
Time is running out. Don't wait anymore. March on, soldiers of Christ!

Hard to Die

John McClane is so cool, so so so cool.
Rewatched Die Hard the first movie, man, super cool for an 80's movie.

Finals are over! Can't say i did well, but i'm pretty sure i won't fail hahahaa!!!

What's next? Can't bum around, go work or something, start a venture. Meet friends who are flying off and coming back (Danny boy! you fool, come back belanja me stuff, a new transformers toy would be cool hehehe)

Apart from that, life goes on. A good friend made a good point, time is only time because we measure it, so time flies because we measure it, so stop measuring and just do stuff without hesitating and leave no regrets!

Man, comes this time again where i think a lot- Being a Christian is fine and dandy, you trust God that all things is in His hands, but then you see see your life not much changes and that things go awry and against you, but you trust Him, yet He is the God of abundance, and others received a lot, but you think again, God is fair, in His own time, so you wait, but waiting is painfully long, so you question Him again, and Jeremiah writes He has plans to prosper you, but in what ways we don't know, and maybe He did, with a good house, family and friends, but we are greedy creatures, we want more, and we can ask for more for God is so giving, but again, you don't ask for there comes humility and you are satisfied with God Himself and when you have God you lack nothing. Haha, it's so cool yet so hard, to trust but not being able to physically see that your trust is yielding anything. But oh well, trust and obey, that's what i must and will do. Keep the faith brothers and sisters! Spur each other on!

I am just quoting John McClane:
"Yippiekaier, mo**********!!"

Looking at you, holding my breath
For once in my life I'm scared to death
I'm taking a chance letting you inside

Making That Call

Finals in less than 8 hours, can't say am prepared, just jaded about it, short semester ain't really my thing.

Public Uni entry starts this week! Kudos to those who gained an entry, may God be with you all! For those who do not have an entry or chose to pursue some other alternatives, may the good Lord guide you too!

As the year moves into the 2nd half, a lot of shots have to be made, things are going to change, things have changed.

These few weeks, sleep have been awful, so have many waking moments where i could think of so many things, like, how would this year end? How would what i intend to start fare? Will all my friends who are scattered be fine? These nights are precious, it causes you to think.

The busyness of life really kills our spirit, we just are so caught up with so many things that we have not the time to think. Thinking is very important, we do it most of the time, and yet in those times we think so shallow.

I encourage you people to think!
Things i think about:
- Will Nesh really see that tsuname the pastor preached about??
- Will my friends who are flying off be alright?
- Will i ever be invited to any weddings at all?
- What if tomorrow i die, will i say i ran the good race?
- Are transformers real?
- and a lot of what if stuff...

Oh one funny thing, mom asked me just yesterday, in a very very serious tone

"Son, tell me honestly...... Are you desperate for a girlfriend?"

Chasing Your Steps.

- Ok, will blog bout whatever happens if i tell a girl via sms,msn or face to face, like justin said, not anytime soon ler, hehe-

8 months passed me by, my 1st year of studies coming to an end, next sem will see me entering into 2nd year, lecturers come and go, friends are flying off (again).

The zeal to influence the people around me in uni has died somewhat. The new upcoming batch of uni people, who are due to leave in a week's time to public unis across m'sia , has made me realised what i have done and not done for the past 8 months. Someone told me that he wants to be an influencer in his uni and now is preparing by seeking God and reading books and praying.

For the past 8 months i've been been complacent, been struggling to find a place i can fit in, when i know damn well that i am not of this world, of course i don't belong anywhere but heaven. So i guess i have to buck up, only 2 more years! I hope you people also will influence others, good or bad, be one! let not the world corrupt you, but corrupt this damned world with ya zeal and passion for the better.

"You and I have need of the strongest spell that can be found to wake us from the evil enchantment of worldliness." - CS Lewis

Question

Do girls like guys to confess their feelings over the internet, text message or face-to face?

So far info i've gathered indicated that girls prefer face-to-face.
One said depending on situation, if the guy she doesn't likes, then better over internet, internet rejection easier, if guy she likes then face-to-face more romantic.

Can girls really handle face-to-face??

text message seems like the lesser evil, but still girls say not good. Hmm, questions to ponder, must continue to gather info.

Prince Charming
: You! You can't lie! Where is Shrek?
Pinocchio: Well, uh, I don't know where he's not.
Prince Charming: You don't know where Shrek is?
Pinocchio: On the contrary,
Prince Charming: So you do know where he is!
Pinocchio: I'm possibly more or less not definitely rejecting the idea that I undeniably
Prince Charming: Stop it!
Pinocchio: Do or do not know where he shouldn't probably be. If that indeed wasn't where he isn't!

Future Intentions

Last sat i went for my cousin's wedding, it was boring mannn, i know i know, i'm happy for him and stuff, but it was borrrinnnnggggggg.

I hope my wedding won't be this boring
His wedding was boring because:
1) super a lot of unknown people
2) draggy
3) didn't start on time - though it is quite common, but i think this was like late LATE!
4) no pretty girls
5) song selection lousy

But one thing though, my cousin know his HOT wife thru ICQ!!!! what the>>>~>!>$#>$~$>~%>!!

So, online love is possible, hehehe, too bad msn can't really randomly find people to meet, cis, i missing out on quite a lot.

So anyway here is my wedding plan to avoid boredom amongst my people:
It'll start on time, people don't come on time their problem, i ta pau the food they miss out for supper.
I'll dress in tight black leather suit and sing "I believe in a thing called love" by The Darkness.
I'll download some nice movies for them to watch while they eat.
Serve roti canais as main course, free refill all around!
Have food fight.
Have water fight.
Have my bride go on stage and tell the world why on earth she married me using 5,000 words.
Have my S.A.D. pals who are still single and no gf up on stage and laugh at their faces.

I think the basic outline is there, i still have time to improve that list.
Yea need to find a gf first.

...Continuing a Tale

Yea, thanks for the added content to my current tale in my previous post, click the comment section if you wanna read some insults and added jokes.

And yes, that accident led me to Dragonball Z, best anime of all time haha! marathon it kau kau when i was resting at home.

But that's not the point.

So i was in the hospital, no surgery needed, young boys can heal fast, so the doctor said.Pediatric ward was full, so i was placed in the cancer ward, surrounded by mostly leukemia patients, was an eye opener, really really kesian them, i felt my condition ain't so bad after all...

Well long story short, i stayed there for 21 days, everyday eat sleep, books, tv etc etc till i became a fat boy.. one day mom went home to do stuff and dad stayed to take care of me, well you gotta know my bandages were all the way from my toes to my stomach, on the right side of my leg, so the left side and my pissing equipment or family jewels were left in the open with blanket over them.

Well i won't go into how i piss and crap, but it was all done on the bed itself.

One day, the cleaners came by the ward and started cleaning stuff, then the lady ask if anything needs to be clean or changed, my dad without thinking took my blanket away in broad daylight,
my very first indecent public exposure of my family jewels. I was 9 ok? I was building a reputation of being a bad boy, and this was gonna ruin it! So i screamed "DADDD!!!!!!!!!!!"
and smart enough to cover my family jewels with the pillow, well, i guess the scream didn't help as everyone took notice and saw everything, sigh sigh sigh.

Yea, the good side is, this story worth telling, even better when i tell it verbally, i got other details that are too long to type, my students back in taman sea heard this story already, just had to tell them for fun haha.

since then, things never been the same, that memory haunts me everytime when my fly is open, when i take a bath, haha, okok, maybe not so teruk, but still.....
Not cut out to act in blue films.

My only regret was, i never found that issue of doraemon, sigh.... other than that, it was a cool LOOOOONG holiday, one of the best years, slept all i want, ate all i want, watch shows kau kau..

Oh well, another tale next time la..

Telling A Tale

When i was 9, or standard 3, i didn't much study, well, now too as well hehe

But when i do study, i pick up comics, and that time Doraemon was all the rage!
oops, wrong pic, haha, here is doraemon and gang!

so one faithful sat morning, i woke up early so i could watch cartoons, mom asked to go get me own breakfast. So i did, but waiting for the mee to be cooked may take awhile, so i brought doraemon! though i read that same issue like a dozen times, i was still highly entertained, talk about value for money!

So there i was walking down the street, reading while walking, no law against that right?
well, as i cross a deep drain, i slipped and fell in, my thigh hit the side twice because there was two layers to that drain. So obviously, okok maybe not so obvious, i broke my right thigh bone, there i managed to sit upright, trying to move, but couldn't, bruised and helpless, i called for help, to my dismay, uncles at the coffee shop just sipping happily and their coffee and didn't move an inch to help me, kudos to those uncles for trying to let a kid die!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry, still quite pissed at them, this is what we call a bystander effect. Sigh. Oh well, sat there awhile sobbing while my doraemon book was lying somewhere in the ditch. Thank God, really i do and did, my kind vet doctor came and assisted me to the hospital...

This post getting long, i get to the interesting bit next time!

PBC Church Camp

It's that time of the year again where a couple of us head down somewhere other than church to have a camp to seek God.

We went to Nilai this time, drove down there with parents, was real sleepy when driving, but i managed to reach there without causing casualties. Don't think my parents knew about my state of drowsiness haha.

It was overall a good camp, because the speaker was chun, Mr. Bernard Hull. He speaks words of wisdom, deep stuff, perspectives we never thought of, it was really an eye opener, cliche as that sounds.

The only gripe i have against him is that he speaks soft and sloooooooooow. Real slow, at times i could just fall asleep and wake up and he still haven't finish elaborating one point. Really, staying awake was the biggest challenge for most of us haha, even more for certain people haha.

the fellowship was cool, the numbers were few. So we hung out together most of the time. We went to Giant, yea, GIANT. People actually go there to date, IN Giant. Town was so small that these people really got no where to go. Employment rate was high, one shop has like so many employees that it hardly made sense.

The waiter at a shop we went to was funny
"I want ice water please"
"huh? what?"
Repeat it 3 times. then..
"oh water, you want ice in it or not?"
"erm, yes, ice water..."

At night, we had picnic outside our hotel rooms, till the manager said it wasn't allowed unless we're in a room, but we had a girl, being gentlemen we are, we decided to keep the food and still hung around.

Sat the lift up and down, harassed hotel customers at the wee hours of the night, played games. It was good clean fun.
Then went and sleep.

Got home today, tiring, but the message was good so i guess it wasn't so bad after all, though it was super pricey, and the place ain't worth that much haha.
Well, it inspired me to go for next year's one. IF the speaker is any good haha.

Ain't No One

When i walk down a street, i see a guy who has weight problems and he sees me. He'd be saying, "Darn, this guy will never understand what i am going thru, no one does."

True, i don't. A girl who has been shunned all her life because of her unacceptable 'standard' of the world looks will think that a pretty girl would not understand her at all.

Everyday, everywhere, people just don't understand each other. That's why wars break out, fights, misunderstandings, cliques and things of the world that are detrimental happen.

You don't get me, i don't get you.
That's why we feel alone sometimes, and when someone does get you, that person becomes your friend, or even ya life partner.
But still, no one understands another person fully.

I guess, it is sort of comforting to know that God understands all, because he created us and knows us by name. I suppose that since he knows us so well, we are naked to him, and all that we do or think relays back to him, it is quite scary too.

More Hinder

Okok, that's like the closest title i can get to sound like a myanmar dish that actually makes sense. hahaha

Introducing...
Mo-Hing-kah!

Well it sounds like mo hing kah la, how i know what does it mean? supposedly one of the favourite dishes in myanmar.

Basically they prepare the nice soup that looks like curry but taste nothing like it. It's not even spicy, it is soooo good, they have their spices and stuff, then you just dump the soup on the mee, and there you have it!

Authentic myanmarese food, super super good, had a lot of it, better when got white rice to mix with, ooh, bliss!

Background info:
My church host a myamarese cf, so they meet on sunday evenings. their worship quite lively, and sadly i have no idea what the pastor preaches haha, but the cf-ers super super nice, and they treat us as if we're higher than them. It's just such humility that lead me to admire them in such a respected way.

This coming august i think they gonna have some cultural night! yay! and i'm invited! whoo-hoo! more cultural food and play dress up!!!

Sweet.

Sometimes, it's us, the majority that fails God.

Talk Talk

My 21s birthday came and went.

Nah, didn't get a peaceful one, well, not entirely.

Had dinner with cfers from HELP and high school mates and churchmates!

That was good fellowship hehe.

Oh the interesting was i got a G-string for my birthday, oh well, for those who don't know, well, too bad la. Lazy to explain haha.

Got balloon, a cookie jar, ice-cream!, cards.

But most of all, the good times we spent together.

We made a marriage bet among a couple of us.

Daniel and Naresh if you're reading this, i'm waiting for your entry. I wrote a draft using Word, for those who wants a copy please come to me!

Tired, guess a long entry some other time with more elaboration, maybe.

Hail

today rain rained on my parade, stones came down, in the form of ice.

Wind was blowing and rain was pouring as if heavens were bursting forth with tears, not surprising though, seeing the world as it is now, i'd be crying a flood too.

Sound and lights swiftly came and went, no time for company.

Then suddenly it ceased, the world was calm again. Confusing yet uncomfortably comforting.

But rain already rained on my parade.

Melt

The weather gila hot, why o why?

Well, thanks to mankind, we all are doomed to die sooner than we should!

Probably i should rethink my situation

lets see:
If i'm hot, then the ice are melting, those poor happy feet penguins gonna die soon and the world will flood.
Eh, wrong thinking!

If i'm hot, then other people who is working in the desert will be hotterm but they have to do it anyway, if not their families will starve to death, oh so sad.
I don't feel so hot anymore.
I'm good.

Image

This world we're in, image is everything... no?

Think:
Go to two different person, ask about coronary heart disease, both give you exact same details and description and treatment information. One dressed like a sanitation expert also know as janitor (lecturer taught me that) and the other has a white coat and tie. Who would you think is more credible?

Image or packaging is the "in" thing now.

Question:
You know playstation 3?

Do you know playstation 3 sales are not enough and they are in fact losing money? OKok, i lazy find reference, if i'm wrong because you bothered to check it up then correct me.
Then, if they are not earning money, why sponsor EPL? If you noticed, they have ps3 billboards by the pitch. First, we humans HAVE to read it even though we have no intentions, so we are programmed to think sony ps3. But putting up the ad there is wayyyyy expensive, but they did it anyway, to project an image that they are doing well? to make a firm statement they can make it? either way it works one way or another.

christians can in the same way be packaged into an acceptable image.
Note:
I bring bible to Uni everyday, then occasionally i take it out (but i do read for serious purposes), but imagine i took it out for show, and soemtimes i do ter-take it out to take something behind it, people who sees it will go "whoa, bible! Some more everyday." then they'll starts aying how good a christian i am and then they too bring a bible everyday.
So easy to just tell people i'm a christian.

I guess everyone can claim to be a superchristian without trying. But the bible tells us, its by grace not by works.
Let us work towards being a God follower rather than just a christian!
Amen!
whoo-hoo!

More work to do and read!
Late nights and more coffee needs!

Never truly having time
Always rushing 'cause of deadlines
Our youth being sucked away
Just so we could live another day

Man, new sem begins today, more work, more lifeless fun, more people to see, more people to not see.

i find comfort in old friends
and find frustration in new ones.
This blows! Uni life ain't so great! Hahahaha!!!!!

If only Shrek 3 and POTC 3 are out now, can go and laugh it out

'L' and the amazing technicolor dreamcrap!

Ah, left one more week till holiday ends, checked my new timetable, 3 days of study! all short lecturers, wait, haven't count my elective and LAN subjects, aiyooo, feels like its gonna be one packed sem, unless i am smart enough to arrange it in my favor... hmm... nope, not smart enough!

well here is one way overdue photo, wanted to blog bout it, but didn't have time.

Anyway here ya go, simon, justin me and rach, in UM, some easter performance night!

After some random alterations i did...I tilted the pic and made obvious the 3 colors we 3 guys had on that night... what does it look like?

As you know, i memang am spiderman, Justin is a 'sweat' droplet, and Simon..er...tofu? i don't know, the point is... it's pointless! Adios amigos!

Lifehouse

I've decided to stop posting some emo crap on my blog, blech, emo gizmo bozo.

how to know if you're a blogger addict?

1) Preoccupation of obtaining the blog.
2) Compulsive use of the blog.
3) High tendency of relapse after quitting.

Where is Lifehouse?? Why has all the sucky music groups been invited to Malaysia to perform (shall not mention which groups in case fanatics come stoning me) but not Lifehouse??

Yea, apparently this band has not garnered as many fans as the other groups in Malaysia, pathetic.
But come on, their songs are cool, different. ok ok, maybe i'm being bias here, but then again, if they would perform here, it'd be sooo wayy cool.
Went to their site and requested, but evidently the site admin doesn't really care much for me hahahaha.

Oh well, their new album 'Who we are' is coming this June! They are touring with Goo Goo Dolls! Another fav band!

I don't get it, listening to mainstream music isn't good enough anymore haha, as some people would say.
Some prefer those indie stuff and underground music, well, and condemning those in mainstream just doesn't feel right hahaha,
Anyhow! Lifehouse please come to Malaysia! or Aerosmith! Or Bon Jovi! or RHCP! or Delirious?! orJeremy Soule! or Steven Curtis Chapman! or Third Day! or Roxette! or Chris Cornell! Or Michael Buble! Or Weird Al! or Beck! Or Satriani! or Dream theater! or Arrogant Worm! or Newsboys! Or or so much more... why go singapore?? Unfair!

When i was young

Back in those days

*Zap back in time*

I was young and cute and and... er... fine... i was dumb and stupid.

I threw a stone and hit a boy's head, then i fled to a nearby laundry shop and hide among the dirty clothes, i thought i was so stealthy that i committed the perfect crime! then the mother of the poor boy came and pull me out, and demanded an apology, the boy was crying and if i remembered correctly, he was bleeding la... oh well, got punished and i said sorry....
Foolish!!
I should have ran further!!!

Once i was thirsty and penniless, i knew the 7-11 nearby was low on security and the crew are clueless, so i went in and stole a couple of drinks.
Satisfying the thirst, i craved for more! Blame it on the high sugar level content of the drinks i stole that made me went high...
I went back in a few times. So of course even the most clueless crew would suspect something amiss right?
So the 3rd or 4th time i went back, i stole a vitagen, small enough to fit inside my underwear, then happily i walked out, kena caught!! BUSTED!
The the crew pull my shirt up! revealing everything! kena! The crew saw a lot of things only my mother sees when i was a baby, then i kena grounded and whacked by mother la of course..

i like this girl right (now she became lala) back in high school, well, i was a coward, still am, so instead of talking to her, this prefect friend of mine (hehe) took me to the prefect's room, or was it the disciplinary room, and we searched through the school records and found her name and address, since then we always pass by there hoping to catch a glimpse of her... in the end also she was too lala, cannot tahan wahahaha, life goes on.

In form 2, this guy was real girly and was coming up with stupid stories, so i was quite annoyed with him, so one day i found this newspaper article coincidentally has his name on it and was talking bout this person in a rape case, so i took it out and pasted in the class.. of course everyone got a good laugh save that poor fella, so the teacher was displeased and because she likes the guy so much she punished me, she made me go to the office where the teacher asked me to do a public speaking thingie in assembly, crap! and i did somethign on er.. toilets i think, i can't remember, oh well....

Form 6 tuition, was infactuated with a girl.... so much so it was like drugs.. so we were in the same tuition, one day, she walked in with full pink dressing, super hot for me at that time (now i think it was stupid and blind of me to say she hot hahaha). so as she walked in, my eyes were drawn to her, so muc so i was slanting till i fell off the damn chair and made a scene, tsk tsk,
women are men's downfall! Be gone women! waahahaha, kidding kidding...

Oh well, remember these stories my fellow friends, if i become senile and my memory fails me, tell me these stories again...

Myth...

... to be debunked!

-When chatting with a psychologist, they can't read your mind.-

What If...? -Epsiode 3-

Well, there are a lot of times in life when you look back and thought that "man, wish i could have done this or set things right.." Well, there is on particular thing i wish i had... and that is..

What If Lordson Had a Brother?

Well, what i mean is a true blood related big brother. Well, i had a chance to have a big brother, some how God decided it wasn't meant to be. Oh well, don't bother asking (well, i'll answer a few), sad!

Well, reasons for wanting a big brother:
1. It would be so cool to do stuff with him like all the guys stuff that my sis wouldn't do with me.
2. I wouldn't be so sissified now.
3. I'm 21 this year, he'd be a couple years older, he'd take me out doing stuff, hanging around.
4. we'd have the same interest, so buying stuff would be easier since we both would use it.
5. Can beat the crap out of him or be beaten.
6. I'd have someone i could relate to and talk to during the long hours of the night.
7. We'd both help each other find a girl like Wayne Brady and Neil Patrick Harris in How I Met Your Mother, they both are brothers (yea, i know what yo're gonna ask, you gotta watch the show) and they help each other tackle the ones they like!
Or the Elric Brothers from Full Metal Alchemist! So close they wiling to die for each other!

Well, all in all, as i grew up, i always was the youngest (relatively), my cousins are all way older, all working people while i was still a kid sitting on bench in a school uniform. No similar interest, no topic to talk about. Year after year just see them, greet them and leave. I envy those who have close cousins, who hung out like buddies, who went out together.
So, my last hope was placed in my sister's bf, but alas, she finally got one, but then, he wasn't the kind who would hang out with me, all hopes were crushed. Sigh...

If i had a brother, i think we'd both be happening, both be talking some crap, maybe i wouldn't be blogging now but be out with him doing stuff. He'd beat up people who bully me, he'd defend me when my parents wanted to cane me. He would advise me on things that only guys would know. He'd be someone i would admire and love.

Then again, i don't have a blood related brother, that's why He only appears in my thoughts and this blog post. I guess i can't complain much, i have great brother's-in-Christ surrounding me. Well, erm, i have one or two, i think.

Well, that's all folks. As a comfort, at least i have great sisters around me!

WishList!

Sweet, i just realised something, man, how could i be so blind?

Jesus wasn't kidding when He said to love thy neighbours as thyself even if they don't initially seem like it.

I came to HELP looking for, well, people who can help me, HAHAHAHA. Oops.

But the people whom i seek aren't the people i thought they would be, it just goes to show that you can't trust ya damn instincts. That's why we need God!

In the end, God opened my eyes, and i have found my neighbours, good friends. I thank God for that. Indeed, slowly in HELP He is reviving my passion, with todays talk in CF, though i don't really like the speaker, but the speaker spoke the truth, and the truth has set me free, i know what i must do now. I must tread the path where God has paved.

On a lighter note, i saw 300!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!$!$#@%@#^!#&@&%&@%&%&#%&@%&@^#@$&^*$*$^@#
OH MY GOODNESS!!! FREAKIN" CHUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SWEET GLORIOUS VIOLENCE!!!!!!!! Seriously, it was good, the humour was injected in the right time, the killings weren't gory but gruesome enough. It was thought provoking. It was a history lesson as well hehe.

And Faramir was there!!!! I guess dying in LOTR wasn't the end..dman! His body is sooooo sexy, *drool*.. hehehe! He is like, sooooooo handsome, and like, y'know so my type, oh my, He is so, y'know, sexy, hmm, bootylicious!!! (I assume that's how a bimbo would talk hehe)

OKk, go catch the show, damn it!
Madness?? This is Sparta!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (kicks you down a endless pit where there is land and water!)

Oh, my wishlist for year 2007:
1) Elec Guitar and a amp- for playing around with sound recording and to jam, babe! (Plus, i wanted an elec guitar since form 2)

2) Xbox 360!! Gears of War, 'nuff said.

3) I am getting right with God, okok that should have been number 1. but still, it's the heart that counts hahaha

3 thing i wanna get and do, i only got 2007, can it be done??? I don't know, i sure hope so!
In the meantime, Uni has gotten a lot funner than usual, it's a good thing, it's a damn good thing.

Hates

Well, the simple truth is, you can't be liked by everyone. Even in Everybody Loves Raymond, in season 2, Ray can't expect to be liked by everyone, someone has to dislike him. It's only human to be disliked.

But then again, some people get through life easier, they simply just are accepted by everyone. These people has the most problems.
First, they see everyone as someone who likes them (Generally true, since i did say they were liked by everyone)
Second, when people who are not blessed with this gift tells these people that some of the people who like them really are jerks, they tend to be labeled as pessimistic, bias, prejudice etc. etc.

The beauty of it all of being disliked is the fact that it prepares you for the real world. I personally am not liked by everyone, well, all my first impression usually elicit response of hate. No kidding.
But the thing is, you ge tot see people for who they are and that prepares you tod eal with them.
Plus, it desensitizes you of the feeling of being rejected.

Those people who are liked by everyone, when someone rejects them some time in their life, they might not be as prepared.

Then again, it's subject to own perspective of how we view this world.

Yeap, not being liked all the time is actually a good thing, not saying it to feel good but really, jerks can be avoided. Even more so if they are typical Christian hypocrites who claims to be oh-so-holy and then act like jerks in front of certain people. revenge is not mine but God. I hope these people won't freak out when God deals with them.

Banging on the door of an angel

Thanks for the 2 comments posted in the previous entry really appreciated it.

Seeking God is the primary thing to do, yet exams and assignments are really weighing me down. In the month of March, i have about 4 assignments due on the same date, followed by exams and sorts.

So many things to accomplish yet so lil time. I remember YL said that in her uni days, she spends time with God and the day seems longer and she had time to do everything. If only i could be as dedicated.

Today attended an in-house seminar of positive psychology. It's focus is on the bright side of the world instead of what is wrong with it. Very interesting indeed, maybe i would consider venturing into this field. Seeing things in a positive manner is a good thing in my opinion; seeing God's creation as beautiful as they were made to be. Take time to sit around and enjoy the sunset, List the things down that are good in your day. Take time to reflect and thank God.

I guess it all comes down to us, whether to decided God is in control or not. Many things in life such as uni and surroundings are in God's control. I need to let Him in to take control.

I can't always be happy, but i can always be joyful.

"You're the only one I ever believed in
The answer that could never be found
The moment you decided to let love in
Now I'm banging on the door of an angel
The end of fear is where we begin
The moment we decided to let love in"
-Let love in, Goo Goo Dolls.

...Of Thoughts And Trains...

Lately i had much to think, not that i have lots of time, just i think a lot. Plus i met a deep thinker kinda guy, really impressed me a lot!

I've been slacking in my spiritual life. As you can see, compared with my xanga blog and this current blog, the mentioning of God is way lesser when compared. I need to buck up. i can't waste precious time when i have only so few years in uni! I gotta serve and be a light for Christ! Prayers!

I need to constantly remind my self to not let go of God when i am spiritually dry, i'm so easily swayed by temptations, so much so i feel so damn weak. It feels so so bad when God reminds me He is watching and is there with me even if i don't feel it.

Time doesn't seem long enough, so much to accomplish, so much training, so much to do.

I was thinking, if i'm not sent to public uni, and put in Help, then i must be serving some Godly purpose right? What the heck is that purpose???

CF doesn't really seem like the place for me to serve, and when i'm in class my earthly mates will be swarming over me and drawing me to the dark side. As lame as that sounds, really, the world is swallowing me up bit by bit, not enough strong Christian friends to push me on, then again, i just need God right?

So i need God i need God i need God!

I must at least achieve this: When i die and get to heaven, i want Jesus to welcome me with open arms and say " Son, you have finished the work i gave you on earth, welcome."

Boar me not!

back from Ipoh!!

sweet!!

Not so bored, didn't really do much, got ang pows as usual, ate like pig as well. Watched some cool shows i brought.

CNY eve:
The journey back to ipoh was okay, even though jam at about 4 am, i slept the whole way through hahahahahaha, precious sleep! Kesian sister! but i need sleep!!!!! Then had breakfast, went to aunt's place and slept some more!!

after lunch, went to Jusco to do some last minute cloth shopping, got some stuff and all, weatehr kidna hot till in rained! Ahh... sweet rain!

Then spent the day with family and watching some shows. Texted people i know then slept!!

1st day of CNY:

Vic took me to Canning Garden Methodist Church!
Cool service, and funny message, met a couple of new people. Then had breakfast with her at KFC since fast food restaurant are the only rare few palces that opens on CNY.

Then the day was spent shopping and resting.

2nd Day:
The whole day was spent resting, it's been awhile since i last rested so much!! Veyr refreshing!!
Watched like Gridiron Gang, Man of the Year. Both very very good shows
Especially Gridiron Gang. Damn inspirational. Taught me not to be judgemental. Someitmes even us christians are so blinded that we fail to see what Jesus sees in those 'sinful' people back in His day. So we gotta have a new perspective, to love thy neighbour.

Night found MF and Nie and aL go yam cha somewhere in greentown!

Slept.

Came home today! Jam!!!! ARGH!!!

But home sweet home... hehe

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

only pic i bothered taking during CNY haha, plus the battery ran our of juice hehe...
oh that's Vic and I, no worries, she got a damn chun BF, i like her a lot as a good sister-in-Christ.

Happy Birthday Hoc Mun!!!

February 14, the day where lovers express their love. Singles are miserable. Stoners stone. People like me trying to find something to do. Last but not least, people's birthday!

It's our very own hocmunism (his blog link is located on the right panel) aka Hoc Mun's 21st birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

21 right? like the legal age to do anything legally hahaha, so thought wanna go like celebrate la, He some more in UKM, needed an elaborate plan. So Rachael and i discussed and decided to drive down all the way to Bangi (approximately 45 minutes drive) with a few friends namely EggGuy, Justin and Jeff. We planned it last night.

So here comes today - Valentine's Day. Classes were as usual, attended some Valentine's day event at my block, was so so la, didn't win anything (some lucky draw stuff). Then went home, went with Jeff go Giant bought some stuff la for Hoc Mun's birthday, so settled, paid liao, few of us gathered at my place, ready to leave.... then hoc mun texted and said don't come!!!! NO!!!

We called and one sort of 'scolded' him haha, apparently he got last minute CG activity....
CG= Carol Goh????
1st Kill to our day!!

Hmm...

It all went downhill form there.
So feeling tak puas, we wanted to go watch Ghost Rider! Then Rach said she wanna go home!!! 2nd kill to our Valentine's day!!!
Soi never mind, left us 4 guys, we went 1 u, saw a bunch of couples lovey dovey-ly holding hands and romanticing around, it sickens me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At GSC darn a lot of people, so we checked, no Ghost Rider, all love movies, blech!! SO we went TGV, worse! It was close!!!!!!

3rd Kill to our oh so fine day!!

Then as we left, thought try our luck and i called one of my course mate (girl) to come out for a drink. After much talk, she said yes, i even asked her twice to confirm because quite shocking she said yes. Ok la, settle, then EggGuy have to go and say that she'll call back and change her mind. and yes, she did called back and changed her mind hahaha, no worries though if you're reading this, you rocked! We kidna expected it anyway...hahaha
4th kill!!!!

Finally we settled down at Centrpoint McDs, got ourselves sundae cones. No table!! Sat a the bar like tables, people looking at us, embarassment!! Final blow to our day!!!!!! Whoo-hoo!!

Then we sort of took pics to mark our significant day out on Valentine's day.
The clock struck 12 am precisely and we went home...

Well, on the bright side, i have another story to tell! whoo-hoo!

Fly Away

Fly away to where the clouds are,
say goodbye to those near and far,
venture on to the golden field,
to a place with sunny hills.

Fly away my good ol' friend,
fly to whatever end,
go forth and march on,
sing out loud a brand new song..

Fly away but don't forget,
that your life here hasn't end yet,
return once again to this land,
once again we'll build castle in the sand.

Looking our for #1

Everyone's looking out for number 1, that is themselves.

It's every man for himself.

Why? Well Samurai X aptly puts it - Survival of the Fittest.

Most of the time, every little thing we do we do it for ourselves. No matter how much we claim to do it for the greater good or for some higher causes, the hidden agenda would be doing it for ourselves to elevate our status, to gain something or to protect ourselves.

think of it, when a guy does something that is deemed noble, where does he do it? In public. Call me cynical, but there's a whole lot of truth in that statement than most people give credit for.

Maybe i came from a school that most people consider as trash, my eyes seen things in people that most people do not (haha), so when i see someone doing stuff like that, it could be that guy truly is doing it out of his own kind heart, which i very much doubt, or he is doing it for his own purpose(s).

Yea, if only we will stop looking out for the real # 1 that is Christ our Lord, maybe the world won't seem such a broken a place...

Uni life getting tougher by the minute...and i don't mean the workload. I think it's just me trying to make sense of everything. Oh well...

" When the last trumpets voice shall sound,
O then I may in him be found,
Clothed in his righteousness alone,
Faultless to stand before his throne."

Catbola

Went for paintball this morning with a couple of churchmates and couple of people from sunway or monash. (i think)

Well, i was hoping for more manly bruises on my body so i can show it off, but darn it, i got away without a scratch man!!

Oh well, got there a bit late this morning, we were briefed by this guy then we were off. To keep the long story short, i probably didn't do as well as Aku did when he played (read it from his blog)

I officially got shot in the face once because i ran out of bullets or pellets and i ran towards the enemy to get shot. Funny ordeal, yet somehow i can't quite put it in words. Maybe it's because of all the aching i got in my body. Tiring sport indeed. May not be as cheap as inline skating, but quite fun.

ahh, but the best reward was probably all the CS, Metal Gear Solid and Splinter Cell training i received for the past, erm, 7 years. It paid off! whoo-hoo. My frags weren't the highest, but man, it's enough for me.

Oh, right, there was a hot girl there too, but hot HOT kind, but hot erm, hot kind?Nice, and cool personality, plus i heard she's darn smart. So meaning she'll get a well paying job while i won't, i can leech it off? haha, oops. Anyway. Hot.

This is the life man, Guns and Girls, sweettt.

What If...? -Episode 2-

Assignments coming in, money flowing out.

Life's normal.

Too bad this year's chinese new year will be a short one, since Uni only give us four days of holidays!! And lecturers won't want to compromise!!! NO!!

Oh well, kinda lazy to do something beneficial, so i'll just jump right to my 2nd episode of "What if...?"

This week's topic: What if Lordson was a girl? (apologies to put the focus on me, when it gets boring, erm, well, when it does then only i think of something else)

Well, contrary to rumours and myth, i am indeed a boy ok???
Does liking pink means i'm a girl?? And pink i like because it looks good on girls ma.

So anyway, i think i make an attractive looking girl. You know, i got the figure of 8, nice face shape, nice height, maybe i can do without the eczema bit. I probably be more vain and lose my specs.

Pierce my ears and nose. Get a tattoo above my butt.

Wait, on that piercing part, i think i'll pierce like 10 holes on each ear for my ever cravings for earrings. Then i'd have lipsticks, erm, make 'em dark blue. i'd wear a bikini outside with my clothes on. Like the picture below, i possibly will look like that la.

I'll probably be into really hot bad boys, maybe on a motorbike, riding the streets of KL like 3 am in the morning.

I'll go clubbing every night and shake my booty till it becomes old and saggy.

I'll be pregnant y the age 15, get married by 14, be an alcoholic and a widow by age 30 and die by age 30 1/2.

End in hell and burn for the rest of my eternity.

So, erm, i think i'll end up like that la.
Why can't i be a good girl?
Well, erm, if i'm hot and all, i think i'll really use it to my advantage. Religion will probably be nothing to me.

So in the end, God made me the way it should be. Being a male and having slightly below normal looks. It's like a girl stuck in a guy's body look. But nevertheless, a macho looking guy right? Right? Seriously, right? Wait, don't comment on that point!! Forget it!! I'm happy the way i am!

Happy Blessed Belated 22nd Birthday!!

Supposed to put this up yesterday, which was also my sis' birthday, but couldn't log in for who knows what reason. So here it is now.

Happy birthday to my sister!
22 years old man.
Too bad i've only known her for 21 years.

Well, what can i say about my sis?
She seems to have a hard life (So she claims), but yea, maybe she was too concern about her physique. Maybe it's because no one understood her. It could be lotsa reasons.

Whatever reason it may be, i know God has the best reason for her being born to this world. I do think that birthdays are sometime a reminder of why God placed us here in the first place, that is to fulfill His will.

My sister, though we aren't as close as others would have been. But i think we understand each other. We've been through a lot. Not the same problems. But equally as taxing. I'm both proud and sad to say that no one in this world really understands what we went through. Not to say that our problems are the most complexing ones, but they are unique in their own way.
Only a few would know what we truly are. There are many whose life has been a bed of roses(comparatively) and yet still complain about things. Even if we do not have that luxury of a comfortable life, i think we by God's grace pulled through thus far.

Honestly, even people we knew for so long tend to be stranger to us. It's not they are at fault, but it is because they do not know what true suffering means. I say this not to provoke anyone, but really it's the truth. Even speaking now, we are going through some rough times, but who can tell? Not as if people are that concern to ask what is going on. To be fair, we did our part by even trying to communicate with others, but it tends to be a one way affair. So we done our part, God be our witness.

So here i am, saying i love my sister Dewgem very much. I will not tolerate anyone saying bad things about her. I will die for her. Even if she thinks the world treats her cruelly and many shun her presence, at least i;m still here, and God is here.

So Happy birthday sister. I hope by this post, people will come to understand you a bit better. The world may not seem like a colourful place. But giving it a chance, maybe some day, some people will paint your world to be as colourful as i think it should be.

It's never about the world,
nor the things that surrounds you.
It's never about the people whom you're with.
It's never about the life you thought you should have,
instead it's about you and God and what He made you to be.
Never be put down by words that bears no meaning,
never shed a tear for things that has no eternity.
But laugh and cry to our Lord Jesus,
for it is He who truly is your companion throughout the years to come.

Happy birthday!

Boredom Thoughts

Well, my holidays are up! new sem tomorrow!! So why am i feeling so...erm..uncertain??

Maybe it's because i saw the course outline and there are a lot of work involved!
Maybe it's because i'm thinking my life is wasted on petty things!
Maybe it's because i don't know what the future holds!
Maybe, just maybe i'm afraid of what God has planned for me...

Been thinking a lot again. That happens when i really have too much time to myself. So sometimes i like to be busy, ya know, with tv shows or uni, so i wouldn't dwell so much in my own thoughts. Even if i did, i wouldn't have many people to tell to, not that many listens or even care hehe. So thank God for this blog. A place where i can just write and write and write. Even if it offends people, still, it's sweett i tell ya.

So here are my share of thought:

Firstly, i think this world is darn huge... I wanna see everything!! Do tons of stuff!! Well, God didn't give me enough dough to do it. I might be even be stuck in Malaysia for the rest of my life! We don't believe in reincarnation! So i only have one life!! Quite sad when ya think about it. I wanna go deep sea fishing. I wanna ski. I wanna go see the pyramids. I wanna do so much, but one life, no cash. Oh well....

Then i went on thinking, since i saw that video about the guy who is born with no limbs still living it out for Christ. Look at me, complaining about eczema! I still got hands and feet!! What am i doing for God???? NOTHING!!! I must repent. That's why even if i dread going back to uni, i still wanna, i can do for God so much more there than sitting home.

I wanna go live it all out for God, i wanna be someone God wants me to be. I can't imagine sitting in an office whole day filing papers or typing. I cannot. It seem so wasteful! I need to go out.

On top of that i need a girl who will follow me even if i'm poor. ahaha.

I guess the best thought i have for the week is that.... no matter what happens in life. Jesus is there.
You see, we like to think we can hide from God just because we don't see him. Inf act, we do, oh yes we do. Look at the sky, the animals, the wonders of nature, the sun the created things, look at the people around you. How can we say we don't see God doing things? How can we deny the existence of God??
We like to think God can be summoned upon anytime.
How do i know?
See, i like this example. If Prime Minister were to come to your house today. what would you do? Sweep the floor, brush ya teeth over and over again, dress ya best.
But when we go to church, Jesus, the king of kings, Lord of lords coming. The Mighty one who died on the cross is coming, what do we do? We come late, we turn on our cellphones during worship. We dress sloppily. We complain. We disrespect God so much i think if He wasn't so forgiving, we all be dead by now. Seriously.

We can't do this anymore. We gotta stop living the life we want to because it is not ours to live. we didn't pay the ultimate price for it. We need to let God take over. we need to.

All in all, when you're alone, Jesus is there.
When you think you're not loved, Jesus is there.
When life is crashing down, Jesus is tjere.
When you're depressed, Jesus is there.
When your friends don't want you, Jesus does.
When you feel abandoned, Jesus sticks.
When you think you wanna end ya life, Jesus is life, you can't take it away.
When life is tough, Jesus holds ya hands.
When you are proud, Jesus humbles you.
When you think you wanna give back to Jesus and have no idea how, say thank you to Jesus.

Burning Feet!

2007 is here! Oh well, felt quite emo on new year's eve. So sent out a couple of emo text messages. Sort of a new year resolution kinda thing. I broke one of it the very same day! haha!

Oh, thanks to good suggestions and comments on my What If...? section. Already keeping trackj of suggested topics on What If...? Will blog it once i got some new ideas. Wouldn't wanna bore you readers if i kept posting it. Wouldn't be fun ya know? just like watching a tv series, gotta wait in anticipation!

But do go to hocmunism's blog and read about his Why Not? post, kinda interesting and thought provoking too. You can obtain the link by clicking the Hoc Mun's-Shalom on the right of this blog.

These past few days was more of resting time. Things slowed down a bit. This friday gotta resgiter for subjects for new sem. New sem starts next week! Oh well, here goes uni life again.

Holidays went by so fast. It's good too. It means i was having fun, indeed i was. year 2006 ended well.

2006 in review:
A bit cliche, but well, ain't life full of cliches?
Well, basically 2006 was like a rollercoaster. Many different experiences, many things happened.
But all in all, God was faithful. Always has been, always will.
I guess my faith was tested with trials of fire. ya know? And i sorta failed in a sense.
From then on i wasn't the same( in certain ways). Some felt it, some didn't. those who felt it half of them said it was good half said it wasn't.
Haha.
But oh well, now i know that my faith is real now, before that it was like a thing where you believed it was real. Until God decides to test it. Then only you know whether it's real or not.

Had lotsa relationship problems. But nothing i can't resolve. Started uni, sweet experience but still fitting in.

Well, bybye 2006! It was a swell year!!

My friends, if i have neglected you in a way or two. It's because i'm bad at keeping my friends. So hopefully i'll change you know. Maybe really call you out to yam cha rather than just saying it ( you have no idea how many people i told them i'd call but didn't call to go for a drink hehe)

Oh well, before i end. I like what katie holmes said in Batman begins. She said that Bruce Wayne is the mask he is wearing and that batman is the real him.

Once in awhile we put on this person to show the public we're normal and fitting in. But so many are not so well off. Guess we have to find these people and help them y'know? If you have watched Dexter, you'd know what i mean.

Life Kills. Seriously. -Dexter

What if...? -Episode 1-

Before i start on today's entry, i wanna give a shout out to my mom!!

My mom has been wonderful to me and my family, even though she has her own flaws, nothing really stands out. I'm blessed to have her, sometimes i think she is unfortunate to have me as a son. haha!

But all in all, she didi a great job in serving God and her family. Sometimes i pity her for not having the life she could have. I'm glad my sister in doing well in her studies, probably she has to feed my mum next time because i'm sure to be poor hahah!!

My mom really is great, i bet your moms are too. Some do not have the luxury of being with their mother, i'm sorry about that. That's why i'm taking this chance to thank her! The only thing i regretted doing to her was that i was embarrassed of her when she showed up in front of my friends back in primary school. Sigh, what a jerk i was then, eh wait, i still am a jerk! But not to my own mom!! Now she can follow me wherever she wants haha!!

Thanks mom!!

Ok back to my entry, from this entry onwards i'll have a What If session from time to time.
That came as an idea today when we were out mamaking and eating ice-cream at prissy's place. We were talking so much things that could have been or what if things.. so might as well i blog about all the what if stuff.

I'll kick it off by doing one what if entry. If you have any idea or What if topics, feel free to tell me, i'll blog it.

By the way, what you are going to read is entirely spawned by my own mind and thoughts and beliefs, meaning it is an egocentric kind of entry. So feel free to comment, but don't go telling me it's not logic or what not. savvy? Great.

What if... Episode 1

Lordson was as nice as his sister Dewgem?

Well, technically, he is. But!!!! He just doesn't show it because then he would be the same as his sister, which was what Lordson is trying to avoid!

So, simply, what is Lordson really shows his nice side? Well, he'd probably will have more friends. But in the long run, his friends will think he is boring and probably never really wanna call him out for anything. He'd just be another boy wasting air in this world. Girls would find him boring. He'd get bullied.

Also, his churchmates probably will not be trained to have a high tolerance level. TGCM probably won't get her bf. Prissy will probably have more face problems(hehe). HocMunism will be even quiter. Nesh will not be the only nice guy anymore. Rach won't have anyone to argue with. See? The world will turn upside down.

Plus all the girls he ever liked won't like him because he is nice. Not badass enough to keep them awake.

So after my pilot episode of What If...? Don't ya think Lordson is just perfect the way he is??

- Upcoming episode will be here when i have bright ideas, feel free to submit some What If topics, can be anything! And read my version of it. No worries, even if you ask for something stupid like What if Lordson and HocMunism were really gay lovers also it's alright. That's the whole point.-

Batman: Now we're two."

Christmas isn't Just Any Christmas!

To be frank, this year's Christmas seriously ain't the same as last year's.

We did so many things that we do not do in the past.

We went so far just to sing carols, to witness the preaching of God's word to so many races. Truly every knee shall bow and every tongue confess. It was just plain amazing.

By itself it's nothing to shout about but when you have the Holy Spirit, you can truly see amazing things that far surpasses our limited human understanding! Praise the Lord for once again opening my eyes! It is very refreshing!! Whoo-hoo!!

Just this week alone was a good enough testimony, the things I've seen in my Uni and in church, man, awesome. Words just don't justify what happened.

A couple hours ago, for once in my life, i went to a shopping mall( namely The Curve) for a Christmas countdown with fellow S.A.D. members. We jus hung out and mingled in the crowd. I like crowd, very interesting. Then before the clock struck 12, people went frenzy and sprayed each other with fake snow and confetti! We were casualties of war!

Met up with two church mates - AnnaBanana and EctasC. Saw Jordano and his girl friend Sharon too. We hung out a bit and we guys by request waslked the girls back to their car.

Seeing how we always don't do something we never do before. We had a trolley cart race!
It was stupid, crazy but fun and funny! Naresh and EstasC sat in the trolley and was pushed. Maniacs like Keren disregarded road safety and went past a reversing car, almost killing Naresh and himself. Tsk tsk. But oh well, you gotta do what you gotta do, in the end he won the race!! Woots!!

the guard saw us but did not say anything, so i'm pretty sure we're alright.

One of the best countdowns ever(probably due to the fact it was my only one outside of church or home). This Christmas, though it feels blue-sy to me, butit's no doubt the most amazing and most interesting one!

War on Christmas

Well, this war is pitting Jesus against every other stupid christmas stuff..

Screw santa clause, elves (though if one looks as good as Arwen from LOTR, i wouldn't mind meeting her) and everything else that has nothing to do with Christ.

I'm sure this sermon has been preached oh so many times, so to spare you the agony, i shall dive right into the topic of the day!!

Church and Christmas!!!

notice the Christ in Christmas?
And Mas in Christmas?

That's right folks! It's Christ for the Mass!!
So we should be thankful that God gave His only Son to die for us and be born on this day.. Yet so many churches screw the meaning of it all.

"it's all about giving, oh and the performances, and the food!"
Bunch of BS.
It's all about and only about Jesus.

We always have our big christmas celebration, that's a good thing mind you, we should all celebrate the fact that baby Jesus came tot his world. What is wrong is that the people want to do things to glorify themselves instead.

Example, having a gigantic huge rally, then having songs and party like the rapture happened.
Some even have performances that are purely entertainment, no message involved. I for one do not like it. If it's a performance, do it with a meaning for Jesus, not just to fill up time and quota. If it's about the numbers, then we're screwed. We do so much, one question left to be asked, "where is the message??"

I've seen with my own eyes, we ought to give Christmas back it's meaning. We ought to be humble and bring it down to basics. No presents? Fine with me. No performances? Cool.

What we need is a time to thank the Lord, really really thank Him. Maybe repent or two.
We need to love, forgive and receive healing.
Christmas is about you and Jesus, not anything else. It's about giving the world a dose of god's love. It's about Jesus.

Naresh!

Aiyoyoyoy, Naresh came back to Malaysia after 4 months spent in Medan, sporting a Elvis-ish hairstyle(probably due to the flight back here, won't stay that way long i guess).

Ahh, S.A.D. is finally coming back together.

Welcome back my friend!!!

Now we just gotta be merry, eat and drink endlessly at your house!! Free food!! Here i come!!

M.E.N -----> Men Equals Numskulls

Men, one of God's coolest creation. Fully equipped with a brain and capability to do many cool stuff, such as eating, sex, making fire and of course the best one of them all---sleeping.

But then again, men has disappointed God oh so many times. Totally dumb and such an ass.

Being one of them, i literally mean mean, as in male, i can't help but feel that we are responsible for a lot of things. The men falls easily, to 3 things -fame, women and money. It is so easy to just throw your life away as a christian and sin. I totally can testify to that.

Even now in church, the women are doing more than the men. Not only that, in most families, the men are the one that causes the most problems and more often than not the wife are the ones who suffer, thus causing the child to suffer in one way or another as well.

Where has all the good men gone? I can tell you where, mostly dead or in the movies.

But all hope is not lost. There are some good men out there, they just need to rise up and go forth and be a man of God. Let us not leave the job to women only, let us have balls to do our part in this world.

Speaking as a male, let's go forth and multiply!!

Silent Night, Out with the Lights.

For the first time in so many months, i played football!!!! Woots!!!! =)

i did a header and assisted Simon aka EggGuy into scoring a goal!!! Ha! what an accomplishment!!!!!

I also defeated EggGuy by scoring against him once myself!!! (so if you have been reading correctly, you'd know what a doofus i am in football, if you don't get it, good!)

It was a good game, sweat a lot under the scorching sun. Went home and indulged in my tv shows... i like to get lost in the imaginary world, an idiot for the box i would call myself.

Evening- Went caroling with the taman sea-ians CF, played the guitar, awful playing i would say, didn't practice, i knew i shouldn't have skipped practices hehehe. We went to 3 houses and sang and ate and be merry, as christmas-y as it should be.

The final house was Rach's house, where the electric supply was cut off from the whole neighborhood. So we sang in the presence of candles and sweaty bodies, but it was fun to say the least.

the fellowship was cool. Oh, and due to my extremely dry skin ezcema related), i played the guitar till my finger bled.

Went murni's after that and had a drink. Some of the carolers didn't join us, some secret committee going on hahaha, oh well, shall not elaborate on that too much.. suffice to say, my day was busy.

In an unrelated story, my church girl mates all flew to kudat for mission trip, well, erm, nothing much to add, just that it feels good that TGCM and her sis are so far away HAHAHA

....sigh.

James Kim : 1971- 2006

I've been following this story concerning James Kim, the Cnet.com prduct reviewer.
His efforts to save his family have garnered respect from everywhere in the world. Even before that, he has already been reputed as a family man, a good husband and father and a very good man.

Yet, he died saving his family. A true hero. My respect goes out to him and condolences goes out to his family who stayed strong in times like this.

Here i dedicate this post to him.
Read about him through the following websites:

Even though i only knew him online, i think his way of life is admirable. I pray God will welcome him with opens hands when he goes to heaven.

Rest in peace.

"Can you keep a secret?"

Took a medicine that is sedative.. feeling groggy right now. Should be studying.. but... Can't focus, maybe after typing this entry it'll be okay.

Went 1 utama for fun today with two friends, wasn't much to see. Boy, you'd think the girls be flooding the shopping malls right now since it's school holidays! Alas, not many to be found, sad sad.

Had a fluctuation of emotions today, was feeling happy this morning, then sad during lunch time, then felt so sleepy, then i felt angry.

I was angry when i thought about all the christians out there not being a christian! I'm scolding everyone out there including myself.

it is just so sad the gospel is cheapened by christians who wants the easy way out. They'll do all sort of crappy stuff and then think that they can repent and still go to heaven. Boy, are they ever so wrong!

Bible stated you got to do the will of God to enter heaven. Ultimately, we got to be Christlike, if we strive to have a intimate relationship with God, then automatically doing His will for you comes. Sadly, i gouni everyday, i see so called christians doing stuff that makes me sick! Yea, even in CF, CF=Crappy fellowship! Yea man, i know you think i'm being self-righteous, maybe you're right, but still i am so not satisfied with the values the so called christians are keeping.

I rather if you became an atheist or a free tinker than to cheapen the name of Jesus! Prosperity gospel, rockish worship, all just to glorify yourself, to make you feel good! When trouble comes, you all run away faster than speedy gonzales!

The Lord giveth and taketh away, just like in Job, in Paul, in Peter etc. Christianity isn't for losers who wants to have worldly pleasure, or wants a feel good worship in some conference, who are overindulged in a christian band that when people criticize it biblically you put on a defensive armor and fire back. No! i tell you, Christianity is for those who are willing to abandon useless sidetrack and go all out for Christ.

I urge thee my brothers and sisters, can you take time to reconsider how your life has been going on? If Jesus were to take you to heaven, are you ashamed or satisfied? Can you bear to walk through the gates of heaven with your head held high?

I need Jesus more than anything.
Even when i feel alone, praises i will sing.
I need thee more than silver or gold.
The gospel to people must be told.
If ever i turn my back on You.
I'd be an idiot, a useless fool.
Lord, myself as sacrifice i bring.
I need You more than anything.

36 minutes to midnight

Back from mamak session, and it's about 36 minutes to midnight, sitting for my finals this thursday and friday, what am i doing online?!?!?

pc fair was a drag, nothing really great about it, just got to see the almighty PS3 and Wii, but both cost a bomb, a leg, a hand and probably a few armpit hair.

a friend, christian friend, was annoyed and somewhat angry i went clubbing, well, i will tell you again, it isn't a good hobby, and certainly won't help you in your walk with God, but i cannot tell you it is so sinful that it is detestable in God's eyes.

till now i prayed to God if my decision to go clubbing once with my course mates was really such a bad thing, but till now i received no conviction, nothing, zilch, nothing nope! So was it bad in your opinion?

here is my argument:
I prayed before i went, i decided not to go, but then somehow along the way, i was moved to go, so i did, i didn't like what happened during clubbing sessions, the promiscuity, the loose actions, the drinking, the music, well, almost everything. My course mates drank alcohol while i drank the coke that was used to mix with the alcohol.

Yea, dancing was cool, i did all the stephen chau sing chi dance used in his movies, i couldn't do all the sensual dance, it wasn't me, plus who am i kidding? if i did that, i'll probably make everyone puke. eheh

Plus, i get to see stuff that was such an eye opener that it struck me deep, and i had to wrestle with some issues, my christian friend argued saying i placed myself in place of temptations, and also that there were other ways to see what i see and to learn what i learned there. Well it may be true, but i guess i'm more of the visual and experience kind of guy, plus, it has it pros too, such as i got to take care of my sick friend there, while everyone was dancing.

So what say you? am i at fault? please, if you think i am, gun me down man, make me beg on my knees for forgiveness, if not, please rethink your opinions from another perspective. I believe that some things are so black and white, if i avoid all the bad things in this world, am i really going to learn and grow? it is a matter of principle and your maturity, for me, i like to get my hands dirty, and yes, my approach is highly discouraged because i know what kind of effects it has on me, so i'll advise the rest to go do something else.

All in all, i am what God made me to be, i answer to Him, but you can comment if ya want, i really wanna know what you think of this issue.

Note: my friends going to club again after our finals, guess i won't be joining them, not my cup of tea. Plus my pocket is burned so deep,i can't see the end.
