I dunno, man. Usually there's a small print saying "for best results use in conjunction with a complete exercise routine and a balanced diet etcetc" which to me, reads, you've still got at least 90% remaining work to do before customers look anything like the paid models.
Join a gym if you can help it, more sociable that way too.
