why do we men give extra attention to pretty girls????
Unfair!
As much as a visual being we are, giving extra attention to pretty girls is just shallow!
C'mon men, we're better than that!
(plus... pretty girls usually are heartbreakers!)

Pretty unfair generalisation don't you think? I wouldn't say pretty girls are the majority of heartbreakers. It's just that most guys are so shallow they only go for the pretty girls and honestly, who would want such a shallow relationship so eventually they break up. Sadly, just because a girl isn't up to what is considered "hot", a lot of guys won't even bother trying to get to know them. Sigh.. men =D.
generalisation is because if i were to explain then it take more than a blog post, generalisation exist so that we can shortcut our way with our thinking! hahahah
plus true, pretty girls break people's heart what.. no? lemme see... er.. we got..er.. erm.. Elizabeth Bennet from Pride and Prejudice. We got Lisa Simpson who broke Ralph's heart. Nicole Kidman who broke Tom's heart, see? haha
Guys are mostly shallow. Girls are also shallow. We don't segregate between gender: within every guy the potential to be a full fledged bastard; within every girl a bitch to be tamed.
We are wretched; drenched with sin. Our insides are decayed and rotting. We are ugly and deformed. We are white washed tombs.
Shallow? Perhaps. But these will be the same guys to whom character and intellect are of secondary, if not lesser importance, hence not discerning beyond the visual anyway.
Comes down to what people want from a male/female relationship. Soul mates, or fashion accessories, or anywhere in between.

Miao =) Maybe God is teaching you to reach out to the ones who feel neglected? Lots of girls struggle with looking nice. So even though guys pay more attention to girls who are better looking, it doesn't rule out the fact that girls do the same thing too. Hehe but God pays extra extra attention to all of us!
